Born from a collaboration between Dylan Carasco, Bernal Cutlery, and the legendary French knife maker K. Sabatier, INVICTUS pays homage to a French classic. The 6.25" carbon steel blade ends at a point centered on its handle, allowing a balanced force distribution regardless of its angle or grip. The rosewood handle is wider than most, allowing for a fuller, more ergonomic grip. For those used to semi-flex boning knives, this is a departure from the norm-- and you can thank us later for it.

Worked with this knife for the past week. It’s a beast. Although my normal preference is a curved blade with some flex, I do appreciate the strength of the steel and the shape of not only the blade but the handle too. A big win for the knife manufacturers.

Invictus has reached the most easterly point in North America!

This knife is going to be so useful this season for the moose hunting season here in Newfoundland Canada. Can’t wait! Until then it will be used on local fair of pork, chicken and lamb plus prepping last years game meat for sausage.
