Non-returnable items 
For sanitary reasons, masks cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund, and get back to you as soon as possible. Only in cases of damaged or faulty items will refunds be approved, after which you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. If you are genuinely unhappy with your product for whatever reason, please reach out as well. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
